Do you offer custom stationery designs? 

Yes! We offer a range of customizable options within our holiday collections that you can preview and make adjustments at checkout using our application. For more specific changes like color, elements, layout, custom-painted elements, or spot calligraphy, please visit our Paper Upgrades page for pricing options or reach out to us at orders@secondstudio.co with your request. Please note that custom requests may not be possible after December 15th. 

What is your turnaround timeframe? 

Our standard processing time is 7 business days to print and ship your order. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush processing for an additional $50 fee, and expedited shipping options are available. For more details, visit our Paper Upgrades page.

Are envelopes and envelope printing included with my order?

All our printed cards come with blank envelopes included in your order. If you'd like address printing or envelope liners, these can be purchased separately. For envelope printing, please use our provided template for proper formatting or reach out to orders@secondstudio.co for assistance. We offer envelope printing proofs and format corrections for a fee. It's important to note that once a proof is approved, making changes will incur a fee, and there are costs for reprinting if errors occur on your end.

Will I receive a proof for my design?

Your final product may differ slightly from our online editor, depending on your customization choices. Note that all designs undergo a thorough review by our artist and designer to ensure precise placement and design. We will provide one (1) proof at no additional cost if any changes need confirmation or upon request, however please keep in mind that this may add an extra processing day to your order. 

Do you offer paper or printing upgrades?

Yes! Our Paper Upgrade and custom design options are detailed here. For color envelopes, letterpress/foil printing, or if there's an option you don't see listed, please feel free to reach out to us at orders@secondstudio.co, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
